A less than flattering picture of myself. Hey, if you can't laugh at yourself...
Scarily, the picture at the top left is looking more and more like my
dad every day.
Who are you?
So why set up a website?
And there was me thinking the domain name gave it all away. I'm
Kevin Saxon.
I live in Edinburgh, work for a large financial institution and
spend way too much time on my computer.
Why not? There's plenty of space on the internet isn't there? And
have you seen some of the sites out there? I just found one
that has nothing but a complete catalogue of this guys roleplaying
dice. And it's huge! I thought I was bad!
It's just a place I can tell the world what I'm passionate about.
| |
What are you into?
Why your own website?
Why not My Space or something?
Umm...
Well, there's my fondness of science fiction, my love of films,
my passion for philosophy, my interest in local radio and my love
for a good argument.
I'm really into roleplay games (no, not that kind of games),
which are a lot of fun and not nearly as nerdy as you'd imagine.
I'm a geek.
Plus, it's more personal, let's me keep complete control and it's
easier to tell people the web address.
I dunno really. I guess I feel that My Space is 'too easy'. I prefer
this, it shows that I've put a lot of effort in and I'm very proud
of it.

What is that icon at the top left?
Why .info?
This one? It's from my ring. It's
a family heirloom. My uncle bought it, hated it, gave it to
my mother, who also hated it, then gave it to me. I like it.
Because it's an information page, not a company or a business or
source of porn. The .info suffix is a relatively new one and not
used much.
| |
Is this website finished?
Hell no! I'll keep updating it, as and when I need to. I'll add
new things at whim. And who knows, I may even completely revamp
it if my tastes change.
